TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The Toledo Lucas County Health Department building will be reopening to the public at 8 a.m. Monday. The facility had been closed since late March, when two employees tested positive for COVID-19.

Most services will be appointment only. Those needing a birth or death certificate will be allowed to stop down without an appointment.
