MANGALURU: There is an urgent need for vaccination service providers especially in the private sector to standardized immunisation cards to attain full immunization coverage (FIC). Dr Narayana Holla , Professor, department of community medicine, KVG Medical College , Sullia expressed apprehension over vaccine being denied or delayed in the private sectors, making their own and elite children susceptible. "Standardisation of vaccination schedule is the need of the hour," he said.
